Our standard delivery window is 7–10 business days from the time your order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

We currently offer local shipping and are expanding to deliver across multiple U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship internationally. For bulk orders or special shipping requests, please contact us directly.

Warm Weather Packaging

To maintain freshness, especially during warmer months, orders are packed with insulation and may include cold packs when necessary. We recommend someone be available to receive the package promptly upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@grasslandfruits.com Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We are happy to resolve any concerns with a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within  12 hours of placement. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes due to our commitment to timely processing and freshness.
